Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, 64, and Ann Romney, 62, tied the knot 42 years ago. She was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1998 but continues to ride horses and actively campaign for her husband. The happily wed Romneys are the parents of five sons: Tagg, Matt, Josh, Ben, and Craig.
