I've re-entered the work-force. So much has changed, not the least of which is the dress code. It's tough enough being one of the older people in the office without looking like I got my wardrobe from a time capsule. Any ideas on what to wear?

Dear SCIC:
Confusing as all the options are, keep two things in mind. 1) To thine own self be true and 2) Classic always trumps trendy. You know those embarrassing yearbook pictures of women looking nutty in the latest getups? They look nutty because they opted for "the latest" instead of what suited them best. You want to be confident, comfortable and not look like somebody from Dilbert's office.
Here are 6 fashion tips to help you deliver the right image at the office.
Think building blocks, and one foundation may be a really good blazer - have it tailored for the perfect fit. The less tricky the design, the better. Avoid flashy buttons or contrasting stitching or piping - that way it's both more versatile and can be worn repeatedly without being noticed.
