John F. Kennedy

On Nov. 22, 1963, Lee Harvey Oswald ended the 10-year marriage of John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy. They tied the knot in Newport, Rhode Island, in 1953. Two of their four children died as infants. Arabella was stillborn, and Patrick was the victim of a respiratory condition that killed him two days after his birth. John Kennedy Jr. died in a plane crash. Caroline Bouvier Kennedy is their only surviving child.
